Planning your perfect day starts with the right questions. Here are the most common ones we get from couples, families, and event planners when considering our Nashville Wedding Venue:

What dates are available for my preferred season or month?

A: Availability is often the first factor in planning your event, We recommend reaching out at least 12-18months in advance for peak seasons (spring/fall), especially for weekend weddings. Contact us to check open dates.

*What’s included in the venue rental?

A: Your rental includes access to our venue, outdoor ceremony space, bridal suite, groom’s lounge, on-site parking, and basic tables & chairs. We also offer optional add-ons like decor packages and day-of coordination.

*What’s the pricing and payment schedule?

A: Pricing varies based on day of the week, season, and event type. A deposit is required to reserve your date, with the balance due in installments. We’ll provide a full quote once we learn more about your vision.

*Can we bring our own vendors, or do we have to choose from a preferred list?

A: You are welcome to bring your own licensed and insured vendors, and we also offer all-inclusive if you would like to keep the planning simple.

*Is there a backup plan for bad weather?

A: Yes!! We have indoor ceremony options as well as a beautiful covered back patio with a gorgeous view that seats 200 if you still want the outdoor feel. In case of rain or extreme weather, our staff will help you create a seamless Plan B.

*Can we schedule a tour?

A: Absolutely! Tours are by appointment only. We’d love to show you the property, answer your questions in person, and help you envision your event here.

*Do you offer on-site lodging or nearby accommodations?

A: While HoneyStone Hill does not have on-site lodging, we partner with several nearby Nashville hotels that offer group rates and shuttle options for guests.

*How do we officially book the venue?

A: After your tour and consultation, we’ll provide a rental agreement and invoice for the deposit. Once the contract is signed and deposit paid, your date is secured!
